Consulting services include site inspections and complete negotiations with prospective hotel properties, conference sites, and special event venues within a selected destination to achieve the best room rate, conference rates, and food and beverage rates on behalf of our clients.  A complete cost comparison and analysis of proposed sites, as well as recommendations will be made to the client for review and approval.

Program Development

Complete consultation with the client to define the purpose and a mission statement for the program.  Once defined, D.E.AUSTIN works with each client to secure speakers, design format of the meeting, create the opening session, prepare a program budget, and manage every aspect of the meeting or conference.  This includes finalizing and detailing each and every facet of the program, preparing a critical calendar, and preparing a tie-down specification prospectus for the entire meeting.
